Wrinkles injection treatment
A highly popular cosmetic procedure involves the injection of Botulinum toxin “Botox” in very small and safe amounts to the muscles to relax them, it has been used for many years in aesthetics treatments as well as other medical treatments.
It has shown its effectiveness in treating as well as preventing skin ageing, although its effect is temporary 4-6 months when the wrinkles reappear they will look less than before treatment.
The following areas can be treated with Botox:
1- Hyperhidrosis / excessive sweating in the axillae. This involves the injection of Botulinum toxin “Botox” to the skin of the axilla highly effective treatment and can last up to 6 months.
2- Facial anti-wrinkle treatment we offer are the following:
- Crows feet/ wrinkles on the lateral side of eyes.
- Forehead wrinkles.
Glabellar area/ angry look. - Bunny lines/ upper nose sides.
- Eyebrow lift.
- Gummy smile.
- Chin puckering.
3- Neck wrinkles/ Platysmal bands / Nefertiti lift.
Hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating injections
Excessive axillary sweating is embarrassing and interferes with many daily activities, I causes damp stained clothes, wet skin folds are prone to infection and dermatitis.
It can be primary usually most common which starts in childhood or adolescence and could be hereditary.
It can also be secondary to a medical condition like e.gthyroid disease,anxiety, diabetes, menopause,certain neurological conditions, drugs, alcohol, spicy food, exercise.
Sweat is a weak salt solution produced by sweat glands in the skin. Botulinum toxin injection to these glands has been approved as a treatment for hyperhidrosis affecting armpits. The injection reduces or stops sweating for 3-6 months. The effects are usually apparent after 5-10 days, possible side effects will be discussed.
During your assessment consultation, you will be asked about any medication/current medical problems to ensure that it will be safe and effective for you to have the injection.
Dermal fillers
Dermal filler is one of the most popular aesthetic treatments. It involves injecting the skin with hyaluronic acid is “ a natural product present in human bodies in the skin, joints and other areas “.
When our skin progresses in age it loses some of its fatty support.
The idea of the filler is to give the skin support and make it look younger without over-treating.
Dermal fillers offered are:
1- Cheeks: lifting and giving support to eyebrow and lower eyelid improves nasal-labial folds and softens the tear trough area.
2- Lips: enhance fullness, hydrates the lips, reduces the puckering of the external surface of the lip.
3- Tear trough: fill the depression in the tear trough area to help improve the dark circle looking.
4- Nasolabial lines for volume restoration in this area.
5- Chin and jawline for volume restoration and face contouring.
6- Fine skin lines and skin depression.
Acne/ Rosacea treatment
Acne is a common chronic skin disorder affecting hair follicles and sebaceous glands which get blocked and result in inflammation.
There are different types of acne for which treatment might be slightly different.
Rosacea is another chronic skin disorder that mostly affects people aged 30-60 years of age, it causes redness of the face in addition to acne-like spots, it can be recurrent and persistent.
There are multiple factors involved in its causation and can be associated with some complications if not treated properly.
Once the diagnosis is made appropriate treatment will be discussed and agreed upon accordingly, a private prescription will be given.
There are certain cosmetic skin creams/gels which might be a useful adjunct to the prescription treatment that we can discuss and provide.
PRP / Platelet Rich Plasma treatment
PRP is an advanced cutting edge therapy which utilises body’s own ability to regenerate new blood vessels ,new tissue and new collagen. It is useful for the following skin problems: Wrinkles , scars , acne , pigmentation, sagging skin, alopecia, stretch marks, aesthetic applications, skin rejuvenation and delay of the ageing process.

Microneedling
This is also known as skin needling or collagen induction therapy is a minimally-invasive non-surgical and non-ablative cosmetic procedure. It involves the use of a series of extremely small needles which are pressed or rolled over the skin to create controlled skin injury.
The needles used in this treatment are so small and penetrate at a very shallow level into the skin so it is not painful. This stimulates the body’s natural wound response, triggering the skin to heal by producing new collagen and elastin in the dermis. It is useful for the following skin problems:
